During Mother’s Day weekend, Mr. Lube Canada donated $2 from every oil change performed at any Mr. Lube location across Canada as part of “Mr. Lube Ending MS,” a campaign to create awareness of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and raise funds to support people affected by the disease.
Since 2007, Mr. Lube has hosted the campaign and raised more than $350,000 toward MS research, programs and services for people with MS. The campaign is in honor of Mr. Lube pioneer Cliff Giese, whose wife was diagnosed with MS in 1977.
“Through the Mr. Lube Ending MS campaign, our organization honors Cliff Giese’s dedication to helping people touched by this devastating disease,” said Stuart Suls, president and CEO of Mr. Lube Canada. “Mr. Lube Canada continues to be a national partner of the MS Society of Canada to carry on Giese’s legacy.”
