WEB EXCLUSIVE: Car-X Introduces "Express Oil" Service Concept

Car-X Associates Corp. has launched a new concept in Bloomington, Illinois. The new offering is called Car-X Express Oil and features a four-bay facility that offers quick oil changes, a full range of fluid services and batteries.

“The concept is designed to provide better customer service and allow customers ease and security in having all of their auto service needs answered by one great facility,” said Dan LeGault, director of Training and Operations for Car-X. “We have the highest customer satisfaction in our Bloomington store and customers come to us for full service — tires, brakes, shocks, engine repairs, scheduled maintenance and electrical systems, just to name a few. The Car-X Express Oil concept allows customers to bring their car to someone they trust for an oil change.”

The store is owned by Parham Parastaran, who operates Car-X Auto Service franchises in Bloomington, Champaign, Macomb and Peoria, Illinois.

Car-X plans further expansion with the Parastaran organization.

Car-X Auto Service was founded in 1971 primarily as an exhaust specialist. Today the company has adapted to providing just about any automotive repair or service imaginable. Car-X Auto Service has 174 locations.
