WEB EXCLUSIVE: Update on California Senate Bill 546

The California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) recently met to provide an update on the progress of implementing Senate Bill 546. The bill was debated and reshaped many times in 2009. SB546 was the most significant change to oil fees in the state since the original California Oil Recycling Enhancement (CORE) act was signed into law 18 years ago.
