ATF IQ is a quick and easy-to-read diagnostic test that measures the two primary modes of ATF failure, fluid oxidation and the presence of soluble wear metals. This test helps validate your transmission service recommendation to customers by providing a visual indication of their ATF condition.

“Pink” is good, “blue” indicates the fluid has exceeded its oxidation protection and needs to be serviced, while “green” indicates the fluid is critical and needs serviced immediately as the presence of key soluble wear metals have been detected.

The test is recommended for all makes and models and test automatic transmission fluid only. Each kit contains up to 200 tests.

Wynn’s Introduces TranServe III

Wynn’s recently introduced its new TranServe III Automatic Transmission Flush and Fill Machine.

Wynn’s portable TranServe III, which operates off the vehicle battery, completely flushes contaminated fluid from the transmission, torque converter, transmission cooler and cooler lines and refills with fresh ATF in 10 minutes or less, even on low-flow vehicles.

The TranServe III connects to the transmission through the cooler lines so most of the old, contaminated fluid is removed, including fluid from the torque converter, transmission cooler and lines. Also, the TranServe III automatically adds the same amount of new ATF as is removed from the vehicle, so no monitoring or adjustments are needed.
