From center appearance to services offered, the Grease Monkey center in Medellín is a unique business in Colombia. The center’s appearance is truly spectacular because of the detailed work that went into building it. When customers walk into the center, they are generally surprised it’s an oil change facility — some of them thought it was a restaurant.

The development of this center is a huge accomplishment for Grease Monkey International, Inc., and especially for the owner, Juan Luis, and his team in Colombia.

“The amount of time and effort Juan Luis put into the center to mirror the Grease Monkey model is astonishing. There were many hurdles to overcome with sourcing items in Colombia, but Juan Luis was very diligent,” said Rick Juarez, director of Purchasing and Corporate Regional director of Grease Monkey International, Inc.
