Highline Aftermarket Announces Acquisition of South/Win, LTD - Expanding Manufacturing Capabilities

Highline Aftermarket announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire South/Win. Headquartered in Greensboro, NC, South/Win is the leading supplier of Windshield Washer Fluid and RV & Marine Antifreeze to retailers and other customers throughout the United States. South/Win operates manufacturing plants in Greensboro, NC; Leominster, MA; Livonia, MI; Arlington, TX; and Sparks, NV. These facilities will join Highline's existing plants in Wilmington, DE and Milwaukee, WI to form a seamless national supply chain for Highline and South/Win customers. Will DuBose, president of South/Win, will lead Highline's combined manufacturing business.
