MANN+HUMMEL Agrees to Acquire Tri-Dim Filter Corporation

The MANN+HUMMEL Group announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which MANN+HUMMEL will acquire the Tri-Dim Filter Corporation, a USA-based air filtration company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Headquartered in Louisa, Virginia, Tri-Dim is the single largest privately-held air filtration company in North America.
