September 24, 2019—RelaDyne acquired the New York-based company Circle Lubricants, according to a press release on Tuesday.
RelaDyne is a distributor of oil and related products, including its own DuraMax brand. The company said that the acquisition of Circle will help the company serve New York, New Jersey and the surrounding areas in distributing lubricants, diesel exhaust fluid and automotive products.
“The addition of Circle Lubricants is a welcome expansion for our current Northeast operations,” RelaDyne CEO Larry Stoddard said in the release. “As part of RelaDyne, the Circle Lubricants customers will be offered unparalleled new products and service capabilities.”
