Christian Brothers Ties for Top Spot in J.D. Power Study

Christian Brothers achieved the highest score in two categories: Service Facility and Service Advisor.

Dec. 4, 2019—Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation tied for the No. 1 spot in J.D. Power's Aftermarket Service Index study.

Christian Brothers tied with Les Schwab Tire Centers tied for the top ranking. Les Schwab Tire Centers and Christian Brothers Automotive rank highest for satisfaction for general maintenance, with a score of 823 out of a possible 1,000. Grease Monkey (782) ranked third, followed by Goodyear Tire and Auto Service (780) and Valvoline Instant Oil Change (754).

The ASI Study measures customer satisfaction with aftermarket service facilities and evaluates six categories that include fairness of charges, service quality, service advisor, service facility, service initiation and vehicle pick-up, according to a press release from Christian Brothers. The company achieved the highest score in two categories: Service Facility and Service Advisor.

"In addition to respect for customer's time and the ability to perform quality work, Christian Brothers is clearly differentiating themselves with an outstanding customer experience," said Chris Sutton, VP of J.D. Power's Automotive Retail Practice, in the press release. "Customers cite a strong connection with Christian Brothers' personnel and facility offerings."
