March 4, 2020—Valvoline Inc. announced today its franchisee, A.D. Kenwood Company, has acquired a quick-lube location that is now operating as a Valvoline Instant Oil ChangeSM (VIOC) service center in Portage, Ind., a suburb of the Greater Chicago metro, according to a press release.
A.D. Kenwood Company operates four of the 16 VIOC quick-lube locations in this market. The newest service center is at 5625 U.S. Highway 6 in Portage, Ind.
