Oct. 29, 2020—The Automotive Oil Change Association's first-ever virtual management course is now less than one month away.
According to a press release, the course will take place over four half days from Nov. 16 to Nov. 19. Instead of a two-day live event, the course training will take place virtually this year.
The course will go over leadership, manager responsibilities, attracting and retaining customers and employees, implementing training programs, financial management, safety, and regulatory compliance, among other topics.
After the conclusion of instruction, participants will take an exam and must score 80 percent or above to pass the course and receive the AOCA Management Certification.
The course costs AOCA members $550 and $750 for non-members.
