Dec. 11, 2020—RelaDyne has acquired New West Oil Company, a fuels and lubricant distributor in Arizona and southern Nevada.
The company's services include used oil handling and pickup, used filter pickup, vacuum services and more, according to a press release. It has also become one of the largest Valvoline distributors.
