Dec. 28, 2020—Oil Changers has acquired two locations in Riverside, Calif., that operated under the brand name spOILed.
Over the next three months, the shops will transition into the Oil Changers brand, according to a press release. All employees will be able to stay on if they choose.
“What makes spOILed so special is our connection to the community we serve,” said spOILed owner Bill Navigato in the release. “We were cautious to choose a partner that would care for the community we know and love as their own. Oil Changers is that partner for us.”
That makes 51 locations under the ownership of Oil Changers.
