Jan. 25, 2021— A new Valvoline oil change is a step closer to development in Bloomfield Township, Mi., Hometownlife.com reported.
The development, if approved, would see a 3,866-square-foot building at 2275 Telegraph, a half-acre site that would feature three bays for oil changes.
The project still has several rezoning requests that need to be approved. A more thorough review of the project will take place during the public hearing, which is expected to take Feb. 15 during a planning commission meeting.
