Whether you're grabbing a bite for business or for pleasure, NOLN has a list of restaurant options that will make your mouth water.

Bazaar Meat, 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd

For as vibrant as its nightlife is, Las Vegas has an equally colorful and diverse food scene. One of its crowning jewels is Bazaar Meat.

Voted Las Vegas’ best fine-dining restaurant in 2018, the steakhouse created by Michelin-starred chef Jose Andres offers guests a casual-elegant experience with great cocktail menu and a wide variety of steaks and other “nuanced cuisines.”

The Sahara Hotel, which is where the steakhouse is located, describes it as a “wild and wonderful celebration of the carnivorous ... known on both coasts, in a strikingly seductive setting.”

Honey Salt, 1031 S Rampart Blvd

Located off the strip, Honey Salt combines the warmth and comfort of home-style soul food with a contemporary experience and emphasis on locally grown ingredients.

“Honey Salt is one of the prominent Las Vegas restaurants and wants to provide you with an ambiance of community and family with food to feed your soul,” the restaurant’s website says. “Our restaurant is devoted to the memories we create with family and friends when we get together to eat.”

With a wide variety of fried chicken, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and other go-to items, Honey Salt brings a casual dining experience to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

Peppermill, 2985 Las Vegas Blvd

Sharing a similar aesthetic to Honey Salt, Peppermill brings a comforting diner environment right to the strip.

First opened in 1972, the diner prides itself on its selection of hearty dishes and oversized portions. With a vast array of breakfast classics such as omelets and waffles, as well as the diner staples of burgers and sandwiches, Peppermill is a good all-around choice that will please most guests.

Peppermill prides itself on being largely unchanged since the ‘70s and being an “iconic reminder of the Vegas Strip the way it used to be.”

La Strega, 3555 S Town Center Dr., Suite 105

La Strega is as close to authentic Italian cuisine as anyone can get to in Las Vegas.

Featuring a variety of pasta, seafood and other classic Italian dishes, the restaurant features menu items “filled with old world charm” and “modern flair,” according to its website. La Strega’s chef, Gina Marinelli, draws on family traditions and recipes from Italy.

Located on the western edge of the city and with a classy dining room and lounge, La Strega offers a retreat from the business of the strip as well.

Tacos El Gordo, 1724 E Charleston Blvd

First coming to Vegas in 2010, the Tacos El Gordo chain brings authentic Tiajuana tacos to Sin City.

With a wide variety of meats and other toppings served on handmade corn tortillas, Tacos El Gordo brings a quick and easy Mexican food option that’s fresh and, more importantly, extremely delicious.

With three locations across the city, too, finding those authentic tacos is hardly a challenge.
