Dec. 27, 2021—American Industrial Partners on Thursday announced it has acquired RelaDyne, Inc.
RelaDyne distributes automotive lubricants and other fluids, according to a news release, and serves more than 25,000 customers. It also produces DuraMAX automotive engine oils.
“We are extremely excited to partner with ... the entire RelaDyne team," AIP Partner Joel Rotroff said. "The company has experienced remarkable growth since its formation in 2010, and together we will work to execute on our operating agenda and support future M&A.”
American Industrial Partners is an "operationally oriented private equity firm" based in New York City.
