Dec. 12, 2022—Happy Car Quick Lanes has opened its second location, according to WIFR 23.
Happy Car has one location in Rockford, Ill. Last week, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for its second location in Freeport. The shop offers quick lube services including oil changes and brake changes.
Bryant Price is the co-owner of Happy Car. He says the building that houses the second location was vacant, and he saw it as an opportunity for growth.
“A vacant building does the city no good so instead of demolishing it and building something new here why not renovate a great structure and turn it back into a functioning business,” said Price to WIFR 23.
