Kate Hyatt Joins FullSpeed as CPO

Kate Hyatt will serve as chief people officer for FullSpeed Automotive. 

Jan. 12, 2023—FullSpeed Automotive has announced the addition of Kate Hyatt to the team as chief people officer, according to a press release. 

“As we enter the new year, we are excited to capitalize on our growth momentum, and adding Kate Hyatt to our team is a huge step in the right direction,” said Rob Lynch,CEO of FullSpeed Automotive. “As a People-First organization, we are confident that Kate will help strengthen our company’s culture and help us continue to put our employees at the center of every business decision as we continue to grow.”

Hyatt will bring over three decades of HR experience to the role. She will take a data-driven approach to the role of CPO and will work on "innovate people initiatives," according to the press release. Her experience with areas including mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration will help "seamlessly transition FullSpeed’s acquisitions into the company."
