Jan. 20, 2023—Brian Michel has been promoted to vice president of operations for Grease Monkey, according to a press release.
Michel has worked with Grease Monkey parent company FullSpeed Automotive for 10 years, but his experience within the quick lube industry goes back 37 years. He originally joined FullSpeed as the director of company centers in 2012.
After three years in that role, he became a franchise support director. From there, FullSpeed promoted him to senior director of operations.
In his new role as vice president of operations for Grease Monkey, Michel "oversees all aspects of Franchise Operations, ensuring guests receive excellent care and service as well as maximizing franchisees’ revenue to drive profit and efficiency," according to the press release.
