Quattro Development is continuing its reach in New York with the construction of another Take 5 Oil Change, according to the New 96.1.
According to documents filed May 8 at the Erie County Clerk's Office, a vacant 2.8-acre parcel at 1941 Elmwood Ave. was purchased by Quattro for $709,000.
The new store will be joining Quattro’s plans for several other Take 5 locations in the region, including ones in Tonawanda and West Seneca. As of now, the next closest Take 5 to Buffalo would be over an hour away in Depew, New York.
Once completed, the Buffalo Take 5 is expected to be housed in a 1,735-square-foot facility, according to documents filed with the Buffalo planning and building department.
