March 30, 2021—A new mobile tire and vehicle maintenance service, Flat, has launched in the San Antonio and Austin areas, according to a press release. 

Flat will offer tire installation and repair along with oil changes, brake work, fluid and filter changes and other services. The company intends to extend the service in other major markets by 2022. 

Flat uses specially equipped vans operated by certified technicians. The company has a brick-and-mortar facility which is only used to obtain and dispose of any tires and fluids they use throughout the day.
