March 26, 2021—The former site of Leverett Shoes, a longtime business in Aiken, S.C., will be demolished to make way for a Take 5 Oil Change, reports the Aiken Standard.
This will be the second Take 5 location in the area, the paper reports. The other just opened in December.
David Berry was quoted as a local franchisee, saying that he hopes for groundbreaking within a week. The site is a good fit for quick lube, as the paper notes that it's a busy intersection in town.
