Energy Shot for Brakes
BrakeShot uses DOT guidelines and is specifically formulated to retard copper corrosion in the braking system. BrakeShot prevents sticking calipers, ailing master cylinders and other ABS braking troubles brought about by corrosion and high copper levels in the brake system.
A BrakeStrip should be used to determine the parts per million (ppm) of copper in the brake fluid. If the strip indicates a copper level of between 50-175 ppm, a one-ounce bottle of BrakeShot should be added to the master cylinder. After 50-100 miles of driving, BrakeShot will re-energize the corrosion inhibitors to protect all the metals in the entire brake system and prevent further corrosion. If the strip indictates 200 ppm or greater, the system requires flushing and fluid replacement.

A Royal Flush
Royal Purple has expanded its line of high-performance coolant products with the release of a new cooling system flush and cleaner, which removes contaminants that reduce cooling efficiency and can cause overheating.
Royal Flush combats the scaling and other deposits that build up in a cooling system over time due to a number of reasons, including improper concentrations of antifreeze, the use of low-quality “hard” water, degradation of inhibitors in antifreeze, oil contamination and buildup of rust/corrosion byproducts.
Royal Flush neutralizes acidic combustion byproducts that accumulate in engine coolant, contains no acids, does not require a neutralizer, won’t damage paint if accidental splashing occurs and is safe for all cooling system structures.

Light It Up
The EPL-16BS-1X150LED-2MB-100 LED light provides operators an easy-to-maneuver work light for use within hazardous locations. The 150-watt LED light head produces a flood pattern of light ideal for illuminating enclosed areas and hazardous locations where flammable vapors, gasses and dusts may be present.
The lamp can be easily adjusted up or down 90 degrees and locked into position by loosening the two hand screws located on the side of the light head. Once the light is in the desired position, the operator tightens the screws to set the position.
The frame assembly features two 100-pound grip magnetic feet to secure the light during deployment. The magnets are intended to stabilize the unit in an upright position and are not recommended as a suspended light.
This unit is multi-voltage capable and can be configured to operate on 120-277 volts AC.

Peace of Mind
Every time a technician raises a vehicle for service on a lift, standard industry safety practices require that the lift be “lowered to locks” before starting work. To do this, the vehicle is raised to slightly above working height, and then lowered a bit until the lift locks engage. This process relieves the lift’s hydraulic pressure and places the load of the vehicle securely on mechanical safety latches. Doing so reduces the chance of the vehicle freefalling if the lift system fails.
The LockLight device is approximately four inches square with a large light in the center. It is mounted to the lift of the control console (for light-duty in-ground lifts) and connected to the lift’s hydraulic system. When LockLight detects the lift’s hydraulic pressure has been relieved, the light in the center turns green, indicating the lift is on its locks and work can begin.
