July 19, 2022—Valvoline has announced several franchisee and company-owned store acquisitions.
According to a news release, the company has acquired three former Oil Exchange locations in Indiana. One location is in Crown Point, Indiana, one is in Lowell, and the other is in St. John.
In addition, two franchisee locations are getting added to the Valvoline portfolio. These include the acquisition of a former Mobil 1 Lube Express in Kensington, Maryland, and a former Main Street Quick Lube in Williamston, South Carolina. The Kensington franchise opened on June 23, 2022, and the Williamston franchise opened on June 24, 2022.
