Newsweek, Brandspark Celebrate Jiffy Lube Among Other Brands at Event

Robert Levy, president and CEO of BrandSpark International, commended Jiffy Lube's high trust score, attributing it to factors like easy access to free estimates and store locations.

Jiffy Lube was recently recognized at an event hosted by Newsweek and BrandSpark to celebrate the 2025 BrandSpark Most Trusted Brands Awards and 2025 Best New Product Awards.

As shared by Newsweek, the event took place last Wednesday in downtown Manhattan. Award winners across 284 brand categories were recognized at the event.

Present at the celebration was Suzanne Clerkin, chief marketing officer at Jiffy Lube, who expressed what a great accomplishment it was for the company to be recognized as the most trusted oil and lube change service in the U.S.

“Our service center employees are highly trained and dedicate every day to taking care of vehicles and to evolving our service offerings to meet the evolving vehicle needs,” Clerkin said.

Robert Levy, president and CEO of BrandSpark International, noted that Jiffy Lube’s success was particularly impressive, with brands in the service sector having a tendency to be more fragmented, leading to a lower trust share. He cited the ease of accessing free estimates online, availability of reviews, and ability to easily locate stores as factors in the brand’s high trust score.

“There's no bigger recognition you can earn than the approval of the consumer,” said Levy at the event. “For almost two decades, we've made this consumer voice available to brands and products like yours to demonstrate your superiority in an increasingly crowded and competitive market.”
