Feb. 1, 2022—Danny’s Tire and Quick Lube, a local quick oil shop in eastern Tennessee, recently announced a significant expansion.
Since opening in 1998 in Johnson County, Tenn., the shop has had a loyal customer base. However, it has had to deal with a significant lack of space, according to a report from the Tomahawk newspaper. Now, shop co-owner Danny Morefield says his business has acquired the property next door, which will allow for a much-needed expansion.
The expansion will include a new "climate controlled customer waiting area–complete with comfortable seating, television, and tire display area."
In addition to oil changes, the shop also provides tire and other maintenance services; Morefield says the expansion in space doesn't include an expansion in services offered. He added additional hiring could happen once the expansion is finished.
