On January 28, 2016, the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) announced AOCA president, Len Minco would be stepping down from the position of AOCA board president, effective immediately. Due to a selling of his business and per AOCA bylaws, Minco must step down. Due to a selling of his business and per AOCA bylaws, Minco must step down. Vice president, David Haney is assuming the role of president of AOCA.
