The Auto Care Association has released the Auto Care Careers Recruitment Guide, a comprehensive resource tool with best practices for companies in the auto care industry looking to hire and retain new talent as part of its Job and Career Development Program.
The guide is divided by audience, including millennials, recent graduates, career and technical education students and military veterans. Each section includes extensive background research for audience engagement, including what each audience is looking for in their career, relevant data and successful case studies.
