The International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) and the Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) are events dedicated to the automotive service and repair industries. NACE/CARS provides OEMs the opportunity to serve several segments of the automotive industry at one event. Leadership representing the collision, service repair and insurance markets will be in attendance to gain insight on the latest technology in their respective fields.

The expo and conference will take place in Anaheim, California, in the Anaheim Convention from August 9-13, 2016. The expo times begin Thursday, August 11 from 9 am to 5 pm and open again Friday, August 12 from 10 am to 5 pm. Registration began March 3, and pricing for attendees starts as low as $35 online.

NACE/CARS 2016 is presented by the Automotive Service Association (ASA). Education sessions will begin Wednesday, August 10, and continue through Friday, August 12. There will be more than 60 education sessions to attend as well, where attendees can learn more about business management, leadership, technology and telematics accompanied by numerous technical sessions. A few sessions that stand out include: How Customers Are Using Mobile Technology, including the tricks of the mobile marketing trade and creating a mobile-friendly presence to stay ahead; Internet and Email Security, how you could be exposed and why this is important to your business; Catering to Today’s Connected Customer, tips on marketing to, selling and serving the modern customer; and a session on Independent Shop Growth Education, addressing competition and business growth in a highly-competitive market. The exhibit hall will have live demonstrations and training, the I-Car stage, OE training and more. It opens August 11 and closes the evening of August 12.

No other event offers this level and diversity of repair training while bringing together all facets of the automotive industry like NACE/CARS. Targeting business owners, management and technicians, this conference and exposition brings together all market segments for the latest and most comprehensive repair solutions, services, education, products and technology.
