    This 1968 Dodge Charger is owned by Brian Hahs of Jackson, Missouri. Hahs is the district manager of Jackson Fast Lube, which has six stores in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois. He said he always wanted a General Lee since he was a kid. He bought a rusted out shell and built it back into what you see now.
