SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service recently recognized five franchisees for Franchisee of the Year. One franchisee was selected from each region, and winners were recognized at regional meetings.
Franchisees were selected based upon criteria including, but not limited to, sales growth, exceeding customer expectations, training initiatives and compliance. The criteria are woven into current programs available to SpeeDee franchisees.
New England: Brian Bouthillette, Cumberland, Rhode Island; Bouthillette started working at SpeeDee at the age of 16 and today owns four SpeeDee locations.
Mid-Atlantic: Steve Sarrantonio, Concord, North Carolina; Sarrantonio first joined SpeeDee as a franchisee in 2013 and recently purchased his second franchise location. This is Sarrantonio’s second consecutive year being recognized as Franchisee of the Year.
Gulf Coast: Don Juneau and Keith Voorhies, New Orleans, Louisiana; Juneau and Voorhies are both longtime SpeeDee franchisees with 23 years between them. Both have received Franchisee of the Year recognition — Juneau four times and Voorhies five — and are members of the SpeeDee Milestone Club, a recognition program for sales.
Texas Region: Robbie Rounsaville, Ruston, Louisiana; For nearly 17 years Rounsaville has owned a SpeeDee franchise.
California Region: Adam Ballard and Sean Ballard, Tracy, California; both Adam Ballard and Sean Ballard began working at SpeeDee in high school and have been with the organization ever since.
