Fast Lube Plus recently announced the acquisition of Master Lube in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Master Lube is a four bay facility located on Main Street in Fuquay-Varina, which services approximately 11,000 vehicles annually and employs six full time employees. The location is open for business and is now in the process of being rebranded. The transaction was an asset and real estate purchase. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Fast Lube Plus is a non-franchised family run business operated by Tom and Joe Benza.
The addition of Master Lube now gives Fast Lube Plus six service locations with 22 service bays and close to 50 employees. The Fast Lube Plus foot print covers Western Wake County and Johnston Counties with corporate offices located in Apex, North Carolina. The entry into the Fuquay-Varina market will enable Fast Lube Plus to continue to provide full service oil changes, state inspections and the complete line of preventive maintenance packages to residents of Western Wake County and Johnston County. With this acquisition Fast Lube Plus expects to service over 55,000 vehicles annually.
