A portion of U.S. Route 30 has been closed because of a major fire at an automotive repair shop in south-central Pennsylvania.
All traffic is expected to be detoured from the highway in Paradise Township, Lancaster County, until at least 9 a.m.
The fire was reported at CJ's Automotive about 12:15 a.m. Monday. Crews finally controlled the fire about 5:40 a.m., but expected to spend several hours cleaning up enough for the highway to reopen.
There were no immediate reports of injuries. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
Fire crews say the business is a total loss, though firefighters were able to save neighboring buildings.
The burned business is located about 65 miles southeast of Harrisburg.
