Havoline Xpress Lube has partnered with the Tire Pros family to form a one-stop-shop for customers.
Doug Levene, owner/operator of 13 locations expressed the benefits of cobranding and said, "We were really able to expand our product and service offerings through this partnership."
Doug also mentioned that he is implementing Tire Industry Association training for his employees as well to ensure that everyone is on the same page and up to date on best practices.
"Joining the Tire Pros family has been extremely positive for Havoline Xpress Lube," Levene said. "Our customers that were coming to us previously for oil changes, brake repairs or general repairs didn't know that we sold and serviced tires as well. Now, when customers come visit us and see Havoline Xpress Lube & Tire Pros, they know it's a one-stop-shop."
The convenience factor for customers is undeniable. Levene plans to really focus on growing the tire service and sales side of the business and looks forward to what 2017 has to offer.
