Grease Monkey has opened its first location in West Texas. Located in Lubbock, the new Grease Monkey is owned and operated by West Texas natives Kris Hefner and Ken Harrison. Hefner, a pharmacist by trade with nearly 20 years of experience with CVS Health, and Harrison, an executive with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, ultimately plan to own as many as 10 Grease Monkey centers throughout the region.
“We are truly excited to be opening the first Grease Monkey in West Texas,” Hefner said. “The demand for an automotive oil change and carwash center in Lubbock was evident, and we will bring a unique level of customer service to the local industry.”
