RelaDyne recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire Western Marketing, Inc., (WMI) a regional distributor of petroleum products based in Abilene, Texas. WMI services the West and North Texas markets reaching into Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado and Louisiana.

The acquisition of WMI is RelaDyne’s largest acquisition to date. It is the 30th acquisition since RelaDyne’s founding in 2010.
