As part of the agreement, Shell Lubricants will supply BSRO stores with Quaker State brand conventional motor oils, Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic motor oils with PurePlus Technology and Shell Rotella heavy-duty engine oils. BSRO owns and operates tire and automotive service centers across the United States under the Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires Plus and Wheel Works brands.

“Our goal is to be a top customer service provider and retailer, so bringing greater standardization to our operations and giving our customers a more consistent experience in every one of our stores is paramount,” said Stu Crum, BSRO Chairman and President. “Safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Key supplier relationships, like this new agreement with Shell Lubricants, will allow us to put an even greater focus on the hands-on efforts that enable our vision.”

Shell Lubricants used at BSRO stores will be recycled in line with the company’s automotive waste recycling efforts. In 2014 alone, BSRO stores recycled more than 10.6 million gallons of oil.

“As leaders in our respective industries, we share the common goal of putting the customer at the heart of what we do by offering the highest level of products and services,” said Colin Abraham, president of Shell Lubricants Americas. “I look forward to a long and mutually positive relationship.”
