Under New Owner, Super-Lube Launches Military Discount
Super-Lube, a chain of quick lube and automotive service centers dedicated to providing the best oil change experience, announced a special discount program for veterans and active military service members.
This announcement comes after the recent acquisition of Super-Lube by Take 5 Oil Change, a quick lube chain with over 350 locations nationwide.
Beginning in April, all active duty military service members and veterans will receive 25-percent off oil changes at Super-Lube. All 50 Super-Lube and Auto Super Service Center stores, located across Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois and Alabama, will be offering the discount all day, every day. To receive the discount, customers must simply present an accepted form of military ID.
“Honoring those who serve and their families has always been a core value of Take 5 Oil Change,” said John Teddy, Vice President of Strategy at Take 5, in the press release. “We live these values not only by providing this unique discount to military customers, but by employing a number of military men and women and by corporately partnering with military organizations for charitable giving. We are incredibly excited to introduce this change to our new Super-Lube customers.”
In February, Super-Lube was acquired by Take 5 Oil Change. The company said in its press release that its locations are focused on providing customers with a fast, friendly and simplified oil change experience.
Take 5 Oil Change is a portfolio company of Driven Brands, which is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.
