RelaDyne takes on Legacy Fueling and Lubricants

RelaDyne announced on June 5 that it acquired Texas-based Legacy, which provides lubricants, fueling services, dust control application services, and innovative quality control services, according to a press release.

Formerly Trés Lubrication Products, founded in 2011 in Victoria, Texas, Legacy offered the products and services to the Eagle Ford Shale marketplaces that no one else was offering. The company has since evolved into a comprehensive fuel and lubricants distributor and will expand RelaDyne’s geographic density in Texas, the release said.

“We have had a long, successful partnership with RelaDyne and are thrilled to officially be joining the RelaDyne family. Our team at Legacy is excited to experience the new opportunities that await as part of a larger distributor with such an advanced portfolio of products and services,” Legacy President Martin Leske said in the release. “We expect to integrate seamlessly with the existing teams in Louisiana and Texas and are primed for accelerated growth.”
