Aug. 10, 2019— Oil Changers announced in a press release the acquisition of Auto Oil Changers’ five locations in Visalia and Tulare, Calif.
Don Nelson and his family built Auto Oil Changers into a successful business in Tulare County, the release said, that provided both oil change and car wash services to the community for over 30 years. The Oil Changers merger strategy provides all the Auto Oil Changer team members new opportunities to grow alongside more than 320 employees in California.
“The dedicated and experienced staff are what made the business a great fit for Oil Changers” said Eric Frankenberger, President of Oil Changers. “Oil Changers now has 9 locations in the Central Valley and plans to build a new location in the coming year bringing the store count to 10 in the region and 44 in California.”
The acquisition more than doubles the company's footprint in California's Central Valley.
