Oct. 15, 2019—Take 5 Oil Change announced that a franchisee has opened its third shop in a year.
EB Partners' newest location is at 831 S. Main Street in Kernersville, N.C., according to a press release. Two others have already opened in High Point and Burlington.
Two high school friends, TC Ewing and Wood Breeden, brought their business backgrounds together to launch the franchise. Take 5 has been their first franchise investment.
“When we began doing our due diligence on Take 5 Oil Change, we wanted to experience the brand as a consumer,” Breeden said in a press release. “We took our cars, and the cars of several of our relatives, for oil change service at various locations, both Take 5 and other brands. We wanted to see if the key differentiators that we read about were being put into practice at the store level."
Their three-week training included some work in a Take 5 shop, the release said. They plans to launch a fourth shop this year.
