Nov. 11, 2019—Tuffy Tire & Auto Service announced the grand opening of its Pelham, Ala. Tuffy location. New local store owner & operator, William King, a University of Alabama graduate originally from Eufaula, Ala. is excited to bring his passion for cars and customer service together at his new store.
“This is a dream come true for me, I’ve been doing a lot of research and looking for the opportunity to do something I love involving my passion for cars. The key to any small business is ensuring customers are completely satisfied. As I explored the Tuffy franchise and visited several shops, I have seen firsthand how Tuffy truly values their customers and building relationships with them, which is why I am so confident and excited in my decision to become a franchise owner,” King said.
King has been busy getting his new store and staff ready for his grand opening and believes Pelham and the community will benefit greatly from having an auto repair center.
