Valvoline Opens New Va., N.D. Locations

These new locations mark the company's fourth service center in North Dakota and its second in the Richmond, Va. metro.

Dec. 31, 2019—Valvoline Inc. announced it has opened its second new company-owned Valvoline Instant Oil Change service center in the Richmond, Va. market, along with a franchised VIOC service center in Bismarck, N.D., according to press releases.

JL Lube Enterprises operates two of the four VIOC quick-lube locations in the North Dakota area. The new shop is at 5216 Ottawa Street in Bismarck.

The company-owned shop is located at 10850 Iron Bridge Road in Chester, Va.
