Jan. 15, 2020—Officials in the town of Richmond Hill, Ga., are expecting a new quick lube shop as part of a development push.

WTOC reports that two new businesses are being developed for one of the town's main drags, Highway 144. The news station says that the quick lube will be an Express Oil Change and Car Repair (possibly an Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers?). 

The town, located just outside of Savannah, is pushing for a more centralized feel with amenities. The second business they're expecting is a Waffle House.

Both projects are expected to be completed this year.
