Jan. 20, 2020—Parkland Fuel has entered into an acquisition agreement with Kellerstrass Oil Co., reports CStore Decisions.
Operating in six states, Kellerstrass will now operate as part of Parkland's U.S. subsidiary, Parkland USA.
The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020 and will integrate into the Rockies ROC, based in Utah.
Kellerstrauss has been in operation since 1948 and markets fuel, lubricants, coolants and DEF in Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming, the story said. Parkland operates in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.
