Jan. 29, 2020—FullSpeed Automotive has acquired American LubeFast, a quick lube chain with 50 total locations in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama, according to a press release.
This the 14th acquisition for FullSpeed's private equity firm, CenterOak Partners LLC, which took over a majority investment in November 2017. FullSpeed’s footprint is now more than 560 domestic and international locations.
