Feb. 14, 2020—A private equity firm, the Silver Group, has arranged a $1.4 million sale for a Jiffy Lube quick-service oil change facility in Columbus, Ohio, reports Rebusiness Online.
According to the report, the current tenant of the building is Team Car Care, an operator of 520 Jiffy Lube locations around the nation.
The property is located at 7007 E. Broad St. in Columbus, Ohio.
