April 8, 2020—Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change has set up a hardship grant application for its employees that have been directly impacted by COVID-19, according to a press release.
According to CEO Justin Strickland, the company added an employee hardship form on a secured site that employees can access to privately communicate with them on their current situation and if they need help with anything, such as rent, food, power, water and more.
Strickland also confirmed the company hasn't had to layoff of furlough any employees.
