BendPak Adds to Portfolio

Sept. 15, 2020—BendPak, a car lift and automotive service equipment company, expanded its reach with a new distribution center and an addition to its headquarters, according to a press release.

Six months after opening a 100,000-square-foot distribution center in Mobile, Ala., the company is adding a new 70,000-square-foot warehouse next door, and will feature four dock doors, a ramp with a super-wide door, warehouse space, and additional space for covered flatbed staging and a loading area.

In addition, a 50,000-square-foot expansion of the Santa Paula, Calif., headquarters is set to be complete by the end of this month. The headquarters underwent a 70,000-square-foot expansion back in 2017, bringing the current size to 350,000 square feet. Now, the new shipping and receiving facility will bring the total to more that 400,000 square feet.
