Sept. 30, 2020—The Automotive Oil Change Association will host its first-ever Virtual Management Course.
According to a press release, instead of taking place over two days per usual, the virtual version of the course will take place over four half days from Nov. 16 to Nov. 19.
The training will go over leadership, manager responsibilities, attracting and retaining customers and employees, implementing training programs, financial management, safety, and regulatory compliance, among other topics.
After the conclusion of instruction, participants will take an exam and must score 80 percent or above to pass the course and receive the AOCA Management Certification.
Before Oct. 9, the course will cost AOCA members $250 and non-members $450. After this date, it will cost AOCA members $550 and $750 for non-members.
